We post a new menu every Tuesday morning, filled with seasonal ingredients and comforting dishes. Place your order by Friday to get your meals delivered the following Monday.

We deliver your meals every Monday afternoon, ensuring everything is packaged and insulated until you get home. We are a small company that focuses on quality rather than quantity so our delivery zone is limited to Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Pittsboro, and Durham, North Carolina

What is the delivery charge if my order is under $40?The delivery charge is $5 for orders under $40.

Can the meals be reheated in the microwave?Yes, all meals can be reheated in the microwave. However, not all of our containers are microwave-safe. Containers made from rigid foil should not be used in the microwave. You can easily transfer the contents to a microwave-safe plate for reheating. If you have any questions, email us at hello@familymealbox.com.

Can the meals be frozen?Yes, some of them! You can always check the description of the dish on our website which indicates if the dish can be frozen or not.

Where do you deliver to?We deliver to all zip codes in Hillsborough, Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Durham. If you have any questions or are close but not quite in our zip code range, email us at hello@familymealbox.com, and we will try to accommodate you.

How and when are the meals delivered?Meals are delivered from 2-5 pm on Monday in a box with insulated bubble wrap and ice packs to ensure they remain cold until you get home. When you receive your meals, simply place them in the fridge or freezer.

Do you offer low-sodium meals?All of our meals are naturally low in sodium, allowing you to adjust the seasoning to suit your dietary preferences.

Delivery is free for orders over $40. If your order is under $40 there is a $5 delivery charge.
