Reheating Instructions

The reheating instructions provided here are recommendations to help you enjoy your meal at its best quality. Results may vary depending on your equipment, portion size, and personal preferences. For food safety, always ensure your dish reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before consuming.
For the week of 3/30
Schnitzel Plate
1. For Schnitzel: Preheat oven to 375° and place cutlet on a sheet pan or wire rack. Heat for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway. You can also use a air fryer to keep it super crispy, also heat at 375 for about 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 2 minutes. Slice and serve with sauce and enjoy.
2. For Spätzle: Reheat in microwave for about 1 minute or warm up a large sauté pan on med-high heat and sauté for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

Salmon Cakes​​
1.For Salmon Cakes: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat large skillet on medium heat with a bit of oil. Place Salmon Cakes in pan and heat for 1-2 minutes each side and then transfer pan to oven and heat for 5-8 minutes. You can also Microwave for 1-2 minutes in microwave . Serve with cajun remoulade and a squeeze of lemon on top.
2. For Grits: Reheat in a medium saucepan with a bit of water or milk on medium low heat for 4-5 minutes or until warmed through. You can also microwave grits for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Thai Green Curry
​
1. For the Curry: Reheat in a small pot on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes making sure protein is warmed through. Pour over rice and enjoy!

2. For the rice: Reheat in microwave safe bowl with a damp paper towel on top for 45-60 seconds until warmed through. Can also be reheated in a medium saute pan on medium-high heat with a couple tablespoons of water and stirred constantly for 2-3 minutes.

Salmon w/ French Braised Lentils​​
​
1. For Salmon: Reheat salmon in a 350°F oven covered loosely with foil for 8-12 minutes or in a microwave for 1-2 minutes.
2. For Lentils: Reheat in a medium sauce pot on medium-high with a bit of water or stock, moving constantly, for 3-4 minutes. You can also microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3. Squeeze lemon over top and enjoy.

Greek Lemon Chicken

1. For the Chicken and Roasted Vegetables: Preheat oven to 300° and transfer chicken and vegetables to a sheet pan and reheat for 20-25 minutes, slightly covered with foil. If you are in a rush you can also microwave these together for 1.5-2.5 minutes.
2. For the rice: Reheat in microwave safe bowl with a damp paper towel on top for 45-60 seconds until warmed through. Can also be reheated in a medium sauté pan on medium-high heat with a couple tablespoons of water and stirred constantly for 2-3 minutes. The vinaigrette on the side is optional but goes great with the chicken and vegetables.

Quiche & Soup

1. For Quiche: Remove quiche from container and Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake for about 20 minutes until warmed through.
2. For the Soup: Reheat in a small pot on medium low heat for 4-5 minutes just until it starts to simmer. Taste and adjust with salt or lemon if desired.
