Reheating Instructions

The reheating instructions provided here are recommendations to help you enjoy your meal at its best quality. Results may vary depending on your equipment, portion size, and personal preferences. For food safety, always ensure your dish reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before consuming.

For the week of 12/8

Chicken Pot Pie

1. In Oven (Recommended for Crispy Crust): Preheat oven to 350°F . Remove Pot Pie from container, place on a baking sheet, and cover loosely with foil. Cook for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F . Remove foil for the last 5–10 minutes to crisp the crust.

2. Microwave (Quick Option, Softer Crust): Place a single portion on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture. Microwave for 2–3 minutes, then check. Continue in 30 seconds increments if not hot all the way through.

Salmon Cakes​​​​​​

​

1.In oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat large skillet on medium heat with a bit of oil. Place Salmon Cakes in pan and heat for 1-2 minutes each side and then transfer pan to oven and heat for 5-8 minutes.

2. Microwave: Transfer to plate and heat for 1-2 minutes in microwave.

Peruvian Chicken

1. For Chicken: Remove sauce and lime from container and reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in a lg. saute pan for 4-5 minutes on medium heat with a bit of water until warmed through.

2. For Plantains and beans: Reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or reheat plantains in a medium saute pan with a bit of oil for 4-5 minutes, beans can also be reheated in the same pan for 4-5 minutes on medium heat with a bit of water until warmed through. Serve with Aji Verde and a squeeze of lime over the chicken and enjoy!

Taco Soup​​​​

 

1. Stovetop: Pour the soup into a pot and warm over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, green onions, and sour cream on the side—do not heat these.​

Lemon Pepper Tilapia​

 

1. In microwave: Remove lemon from tilapia container and place in microwave for 1.5-2 minutes until heated through. Then microwave rice and broccoli container for 1.5-2 minutes and garnish everything with a bit of lemon and enjoy.

2. In Oven/Stovetop: If not using microwave, a large sauté pan is recommended for the rice, just reheat in a large sauté pan with a bit of water on medium-high heat, moving constantly until warmed through. For the fish and broccoli; preheat the oven to 350°F and place fish and broccoli on a sheet tray lined with parchment and heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.

Quiche​​

 

1. Remove quiche from container and Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 20 minutes until warmed through.

​​​​Focaccia

​​​​

1. Reheat the Focaccia in microwave (30 seconds) or a 425F oven (2-4 minutes) until warmed through. Enjoy by itself or as a sandwich!

 

Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

 

THIS CONTAINER IS NOT MICROWAVE SAFE

1. In Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 and remove the lid. Once the oven is preheated, place in the oven on a sheet tray for 15-20 minutes. Broil for the last 2 -3 minutes to brown cheese.Remove and let cool for a few minutes before eating.​​​​
