Reheating Instructions

The reheating instructions provided here are recommendations to help you enjoy your meal at its best quality. Results may vary depending on your equipment, portion size, and personal preferences. For food safety, always ensure your dish reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before consuming.
For the week of 2/2
Chicken Pot Pie
1. In Oven (Recommended for Crispy Crust): Preheat oven to 375°F . Remove Pot Pie from container, place on a baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F
2. Microwave (Quick Option, Softer Crust): Place a single portion on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture. Microwave for 2–3 minutes, then check. Continue in 30 seconds increments if not hot all the way through.
Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
1. For Gumbo: Pour the Gumbo into a pot and warm over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
2. For Rice: Place in bowls and microwave for about 1 minute or reheat in a sauté pan for 1-2 minutes on med-high heat with a bit of water.
Salmon Cakes
1.For Salmon Cakes: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat large skillet on medium heat with a bit of oil. Place Salmon Cakes in pan and heat for 1-2 minutes each side and then transfer pan to oven and heat for 5-8 minutes. You can also Microwave for 1-2 minutes in microwave . Serve with cajun remoulade and a squeeze of lemon on top.
2. For Grits: Reheat in a medium saucepan with a bit of water or milk on medium low heat for 4-5 minutes or until warmed through. You can also microwave grits for 2 minutes, stiring halfway through.
Spaghetti alla Puttanesca
1. In Microwave: Place spaghetti on microwave-safe plate with Puttanesca on top. Reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through. Will probably need 1 more minute, but once hot, garnish with parmesan and parsley and enjoy!
2. Stovetop: Reheat Puttanesca sauce in a large sauté pan or dutch oven on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until warmed through. Add pasta to hot sauce and stir to combine. Served with a garnish of parsley and parmesan and enjoy!
Chimichurri Chicken
1. For Chicken: Remove sauce and lime from container and reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or in a lg. sauté pan for 4-5 minutes on medium heat with a bit of water until warmed through.
2. For Sides: Transfer to plate and reheat in microwave or sauté separately on med-high heat for a couple minutes until warmed through.
Breakfast Wraps
1.From Fridge: Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes
2.From Frozen: 3-4 minutes or thaw overnight
3.Optional: unwrap and crisp the outside in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
Schnitzel Plate
1. For Schnitzel: Preheat oven to 375° and place cutlet on a sheet pan or wire rack. Heat for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway. You can also use a air fryer to keep it super crispy, also heat at 375 for about 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 2 minutes. Slice and serve with sauce and enjoy.
2. For Spätzle: Reheat in microwave for about 1 minute or warm up a large sauté pan on med-high heat and sauté for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
