Reheating Instructions

The reheating instructions provided here are recommendations to help you enjoy your meal at its best quality. Results may vary depending on your equipment, portion size, and personal preferences. For food safety, always ensure your dish reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before consuming.

For the week of 5/11

Swedish Meatballs

1. In Microwave: Place egg noodles on microwave-safe plate/bowl with Swedish meatballs and sauce on top. Reheat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through.

 

2. Stovetop: Reheat Swedish Meatballs and sauce in a large sauté pan on medium-low heat for 5-8 minutes until warmed through. Either reheat egg noodles in a separate pan with a bit of water and oil and heat on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, moving constantly so they don't stick, or add to the Swedish Meatball sauce. Enjoy!

Enchiladas Verde

 

 

THIS CONTAINER IS NOT MICROWAVE SAFE

1. In Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and remove the lid. Once the oven is preheated place in the oven on a sheet tray for 15-20 minutes. Optionally turn oven to broil and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese is browned. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before eating.

 

2. To serve: Once removed from oven serve with the garnishes provided and enjoy!

Chicken Shawarma

 

1. For Chicken: Remove lettuce and tomato from container and reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in a lg. sauté pan for 2-3 minutes on medium heat with a tablespoon of oil or butter and saute until warmed through.

 

2. For Rice: Remove sauce and pickled red onions and reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in a lg. sauté pan for 2-3 minutes on medium heat with a bit of water until warmed through.

 

3. Plate up the hot rice, and chicken on top(or side), serve with the lettuce, tomato, and pickled red onion and a drizzle of the white garlic sauce on the chicken and rice. Enjoy!

 

Pasta Primavera​​

1. Stovetop: Place sauce and veggies in a medium-large saute pan and heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Once the sauce comes to a boil season with salt and pepper if desired or even add some water to thin it out and add your pasta. Reheat pasta in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes and enjoy!

Quiche & Egg Wraps​​​

 

1. For Quiche: Remove quiche from container and Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake for about 20 minutes until warmed through.

 

2. For the Wraps: A)From Fridge: Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes B)From Frozen: 3-4 minutes or thaw overnight C)Optional: unwrap and crisp the outside in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side and finish for 6-8 minutes in a 350° Oven.
