Reheating Instructions

The reheating instructions provided here are recommendations to help you enjoy your meal at its best quality. Results may vary depending on your equipment, portion size, and personal preferences. For food safety, always ensure your dish reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before consuming.

For the week of 6/9

Braised Beef Ragu​

​

1. For Ragu: Reheat in a small pot on and reheat on medium-low with a bit of water or stock for 5-8 until warmed through. You can also microwave for 1:30-2:30 minutes, stirring halfway through.

2. For Pasta: Reheat in a lg. saucepan with a bit of water on high heat for 2-3 minutes or microwave for 1-2 minutes. 

Garnish with provided parmesan and parsley, enjoy!

Blackened Salmon Plate

​​​​​​​

1. For Salmon: Reheat salmon in a 350°F oven covered loosely with foil for 8-12 minutes or in a microwave for 1-2 minutes.

2. For Rice: Reheat in microwave for 1:30-2 minutes, stirring half way through or in a lg. saute pan with a bit of water for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until warmed through

Serve with cold corn salad and enjoy!

Chicken Shawarma Plate

 

1. For Chicken: Remove lettuce and tomato from container and reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in a lg. saute pan for 2-3 minutes on medium heat with a bit of water until warmed through.

2. For Rice: Remove sauce and reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in a lg. saute pan for 2-3 minutes on medium heat with a bit of water until warmed through.

3. Plate up the hot rice, and chicken on top(or side), serve with the lettuce and tomato and a drizzle of the white cream sauce of the chicken and rice. Enjoy!

 

Meatloaf Plate

THIS CONTAINER IS NOT OVEN SAFE 

1. Microwave: You can place all components on a plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through.

2. In oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place meatloaf(with sauce on top if desired), potatoes, and green beans on a sheet pan lined with parchment and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through, enjoy!​​

Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup​​

 

1.On Stovetop: Pour Soup into saucepan or small pot and reheat on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.

Focaccia

​​

1. Reheat the Focaccia in microwave (30 seconds) or a 425F oven (2-4 minutes) until warmed through. Enjoy by itself or as a sandwich!
