A bright, comforting Mexican stew made with tender chicken simmered in a green chile and tomatillo broth, with hominy, cilantro, and lime.  Served with crisp shredded cabbage, radish, fresh cilantro, diced white onion, and lime on the side for brightness, with crunchy tortilla chips for dipping.
